From clients: Name, email, phone number, company name, address, and other necessary contact or project-related details including pertinent payment authorization information as it relates to purchasing product(s) or service(s).  Customers preferential contact method of email, phone, or text will be used as directed.

While you are under no obligation to provide all information we may ask for, some information will be necessary as it allows us to fulfill our request, from you, to provide information and fulfillment for the products and services we offer (contact information, payment information).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information collected directly from you to communicate and provide you with information about our product(s) and service(s), provide customer service and support, process authorized payments for agreed upon products and services.  We may also use this information to market our products and services, to you, including by email and text message subject to your consent.

If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message sent from you.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Disclosure of Personal Information & Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may share information we have collected from you with such third parties for limited and focused purposes.  Our third-party service providers may assist us by providing communications with visitors and customers, for marketing our product(s) and service(s) to you, ensure fulfillment of our products and services as agreed, and for payment processing purposes, under confidentiality agreements.
